How to install WordPress plugins on your site?
In WordPress 2.7 and above you can install plugins directly from the admin area. Download the plugin to your computer, then log in to your WP admin area and go to Plugins > Add New.
Browse to the plugin archive and select it. Then click Install Now and the plugin will be installed shortly.
The removal is also straight-forward in most cases. Simply remove the directory for the plugin you would like to uninstall and it will be automatically deactivated.

Install plugins from WordPress Upload
Paid WordPress plugins are not listed in the WordPress plugin directory. These plugins cannot be installed using the first method.
That’s why WordPress has the Upload method to install such plugins. We will show you how to install WordPress plugin using the upload option in the admin area.
First, you need to download the plugin from the source (which will be a zip file). Next, you need to go to WordPress admin area and visit Plugins » Add New page. After that, click on the Upload Plugin button on top of the page, select the .zip file com your folders and upload / activate it.
To install WordPress plugins you just need to put the plugin files into the wp-content/plugins director via FTP or host file manager. Once a plugin is installed, you may activate it or deactivate it from the Plugins menu in your WordPress site administration.
